"I asked for a 1st floor room they said yes, when I got there they said no. the railings on the stairs were lose and it did not feel safe walking up them. The first 2 nights there the heat was not working and the front desk was not answering when I called, had to call the 1800 number to speak to anyone to help. Went to my room about 12 am went to go in there were people in the room called front office gave me another room walked in it was dirty and smelled like urine walked out handed key in drop box. Never stayed put complaint into Expedia waiting to see if I get a refund. This place is disgusting 😡. Will never stay there ever."
