"The first room I was given had a LARGE spider that greated me in the bathroom! I requested another room and thankfully was given one. The convenience store area at the front desk needs replenished and maintained. The most disappointing was the free "breakfast." The buffet was very slim. Few choices. "I hate to write bad reviews, cause I know it affects peoples livelihood. However, our night was met with a snake in the bathroom, not to mention the fact that there was mold all over the wall. Then we got moved to another room and the TV didn’t work. The toilet got stopped up and the blow dryer didn’t even have an end into it to plug into the wall. I would’ve gave the staff worse ratings because when we asked about the TV, they pretty much told us we need to fix it. However, I gave her not such...

"It was surprisingly nice. Big room, Clean, comfortable bed, mowed fields beautiful green grass, nice pool. The staff were very helpful and appeared to actually care, which always makes things nicer."

"Breakfast was so-so. There was a lot of noise from other rooms (the walls & ceilings). The room was ok but we were moved to the first floor because THE ELEVATOR WAS OUT OF ORDER and there seemed to be no hurry to have someone come to repair it!! We were supposed to be on the third (top) floor which would have has less noise from the rooms above us but we didn't feel like climbing stairs with all of our luggage, or whenever we went in or out at our age (71)!!"
