Friendly staff, nice area, room was clean and had a balcony patio. Nice hot shower was a plus after sleeping in a hard bed. The bed was my only complaint really.

Front desk staff was friendly but distracted, layout of property is a bit odd and confusing due to lack of signage. No gym available, only one working ice machine in building. Specialty coffee machine in lobby is a nice add. The room itself was clean and the beds were comfy. The other parts of the facility (hallways, stairways, common bathroom) not quite so much. Breakfast was standard hotel fare, but the eating area is large and spacious and everything was kept well stocked.

This hotel is so easy to get to - right off I-81. Very convenient! Our room was clean. Great beds and shower. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the doors and area leading into the hotel area. Fix or get rid of old ice machine.

Staff was excellent. We were put into a room on 1st level at rear of hotel. Not able to get to breakfast or lobby level without walking around the entire property. Was too tired to go through process of moving to other room. We didn’t stay for the two nights as planned.
