"Broken bathroom door and shower curtain rod, stained bed linens, smoke alarm was beeping from the moment we walked through the door. Canceled our stay and went to a different place."

"Have stayed at this property several times with excellent experiences. However, there was a noticeable difference in this stay. The entire back wall of the shower had been shattered and patched back together with epoxy. A very shabby repair and less than welcoming. Your beds are comfortable; however they were too high for my mother to get in and out off. When I requested a step stool from the desk you would have thought I had four heads. While checking out I needed to speak to someone in person....

"Additional charge for two very small yorkies was too high, $140 for two nights. Also, The floor of the room should be wet mopped between customers, as our feet became dirty if we walked barefoot in the room even from the bathroom to the bed. "

We especially enjoyed the historical touches that highlighted the building’s past—they added so much character and made the stay feel special.
