"We stayed for one night, Natasha, the front desk associate that checked us in was professional, quick and pleasant. She gave us a very nice suite but unfortunately the hotel was having AC issues that night. It was very warm in our room and ended up requesting a portable fan. It helped a little. Service and attentiveness were great! Will definitely stay again here in the future"
