Amazing stay and would come again - the Staff were fantastic and welcoming. I also enjoyed the roomservice and I had a stunning view to the mountain. The hotel is a bit out of city center but is worth it.

Great stay in Malang.

The Grand Mercure was a wonderful hub to stay in Malang. It is not too far for Excursions to Mt. Bromo to pick you up and after an experience like that, you’ll want to stay somewhere that will pamper you back to balance. The cafe downstairs makes great options and while not very expansive, the room service dining had enough options for a variety of Indonesian and Western food to keep things fresh for a few days. The breakfast buffet had an extensive amount of options and you’re guaranteed to find something you like. Highly recommended. While we didn’t use the pool, it is family friendly with a fun for everyone slide and the building wrapping around it for coziness.

Amazing stay

We had an amazing time with extended family. Booked 4 rooms and they tried to give us as close as possible. Staff were very friendly and approachable. There are kids activities to do in the hotel premise. The highlight for the kids is the pool (the big slide and sprinkler area). Small playground for the kids and a ply area for the tods. I was told that their breakfast spread was good too!!

I love my stay here. The team manage to cater to my request of decorating the room for my birthay friend. Birthday gurl was very happy with the decoration, towel art and cake. Thank you Irma & team. Apart from their great hospitality, the place was awesome, food was amazing, also there so much in-house activities we can join in too, subject to schedule. Overall, I am impressed and definely coming here again for my next trip to Malang. Thank you all.
