"The hotel food is too expensive.. are you guys kidding me ?? Sometimes the food is more expensive than jakarta... what are you guys thinking ??? The breakfast quiality was not even average.. by the way why there are only few employees during breakfast ?? The service was so slow"

"Clean with very friendly staff… very nice breakfast… close to shop"

"Great Place! We will be back!"

"I enjoyed stay"

"I especially liked how polite and professional the team was throughout my visit. Overall, a great dining experience that matches Mercure’s high standard of hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone staying at the hotel or visiting Garut!"

"The building was maintained properly, each corners have its own unique spaces. From homy living room to picturesque pool. Definitely would comeback."

"Is very nice clean and good location, nice amenities, nice play ground for kid. And nice staff too."

"Favorite hotel in Bandung for a reason: amazing views, very comfortable rooms and spacious room, excellent breakfast, and staff who always remember me. Never disappoints."

"Check in process are so fast, facility is good enough"

"Good location, clean room, excellent services and friendly staff. Value for money too, will definetely stay there again next time."

"nice & big room , friendly Staffs, close to shopping mall and walkable to all restaurants outside "

"Staff were very informative and helpful 👍"

"Great place "

"Pros: The staff was very helpful, the breakfast food was varied and good, and the massage was great. Cons: There were only two bath towels in the room and no face towels. The showerhead was broken, and the bathroom layout was so awkward that water flooded outside the shower area. Overall, I wouldn't come back to this hotel because of the poor cleanliness; the carpet in the hallway was very dirty and there’s some liquid stain on the wall"

"The lobby was beautiful. The staff was wonderful. The rooms very outdated even the so-called updated rooms had furniture I would guess from the 80s and just an average to below average condition."

"Is clean, nice, quite, safe and convenient we hope next times had a swimming pool "
