"It’s clear the building is very old. They have an issue with the AC system meaning not all rooms have cool air. They try and remedy this with a fan but in France in the summer it’s just not good. "Super close to the Train Station. Clean rooms. Quiet. Good bed and pillow. Hot shower in the morning. The night clerk spoke English. I overpaid him for the city tax and he came up to my room and returned the extra money!"

"Room was huge and in the main in good condion. However noticeable it was one of the ones not yet updated. Bathroom was worn and old fashioned and needed a complete redo. Sofa bed when as a couch was faux leather and quite damaged.
Upon complaining I was kindly offered 2 other rooms but athough these were modernised and newly updated in the end I stuck with original room due to the extra space, how bright it was and the amazing 8th floor view. Just threw a duvet over the sofa. Beds are extremely comfortable and all the items you need in a flat are provided.
Staff go above and beyond to help you have a comfortable stay. Especially Michael who was extremely helpful. I would certainly stay again. "
