"Nice room. Clean and centrally located! Digital door locks were a nice change to a key card."

"Great service, friendly staff, poor continental breakfast."

"Staff not very friendly. Looks like they hate their jobs. Young lady finished signing guest in and walked away without saying anything. Gentlemen at the end of the counter totally ignored us for a while then brought up his head and asked if we had reservations. No smile, no welcome to the comfort Inn. These two employees are the first in the front lines that make for a good stay or a bad one. Rooms were very clean. The two employees certainly need some training"

"Ursa is a great! Right on campus and so unique. Always our first choice when in Orno"
