"Booked a queen bed paying extra and got a double. Chair had obvious ‘white’ stains in it and I couldn’t use it. Too tired to spend another 20 minutes with staff to change it. Place dates and could use a refresh."

"Room was a little dirty - shower, floors. The tv wasn't working very well, could not watch what we wanted only one channel worked. Volume was either 100% or 0%, even when we tried our fire stick we brought from home. We loved the breakfast, the staff we came across especially the man in red helping at breakfast he deserves a raise!"
