"Friendly staff great gym "

"Staff were friendly. Place was clean! We picked this hotel for the heated pool but after we checked it we were told the pool is closed for renovations. No where on the website did it indicate it was/would be closed. If we knew this. We would have chosen a different hotel. The room was nice and spacious but the A/C unit was not working. The room got warm fast. We contacted the front desk and they were very friendly. Assured us someone would come up to fix it. We waited a bit then decided to go for dinner (knowing they could access the room with us gone). We got back two hours later and no one had checked/fixed the AC. We contacted the desk again. This time the guy was right up and got it fixed. Great place but just frustrated"

"The hotel is old but acceptable. While the bathroom looked clean, it eventually developed an unpleasant smell. The TV was hard to navigate due to missing buttons on the remote, and there were no streaming options like Netflix, Amazon or Apple TV."

"The room smells damp. The white window curtain never closes. The room is dark and not enough light in room. Bathrobes are stained with yellowish color, towels are dirty with stains on them. Bedsheets are old and worn out. Lots of noises from the room above if they use the bathroom or jetted tub. Break fast is a joke. "

"Nice hotel, very clean, kind and attentive staff. Really no complaints about the stay on that aspect. Parking always available. Seemed like the hotel had been renovated recently-ish. Our only complaint would be the beds. The room was nice, clean, seemed fine. The beds were very tired. Noisy spring mattresses that you would find in more of a motel-esc kind of property. It honestly surprised us. It looked very comfortable, but once you got on it, it was hard, you could feel every spring and it creaked with every turn. The pillows were also very thin. Needed three of them just to feel normal. We will be back, it was a very nice stay overall. Great location to everything really. I just hope they do something with the beds before we go back."

"Stayed here with my dog and was disappointed. The pet fee ($75 + tax/night) is quite high, yet no amenities (no bed, no bowl ) were provided for the dog at all. Also, the USB-C chargers on both sides of the bed were not working. We were told no maintenance was available and were given a used adapter, which wasn’t practical for multiple devices. On the positive side, the room is spacious and the breakfast is good. Overall, not great value for a pet-friendly stay."
