"Beautiful old building with spacious rooms but ambience and decor are stunted by poor management and maintenance. The bed frame was too big for the mattress, leaving a 1/2 foot gap all round the bed in which the meagre pillows often got lost. The mattress was too big for the bed linen. "OUR ROOM WAS CLEAN AND BRIGHT AS WAS THE HOTEL GENERALLY. PARKING WAS EASY INSIDE AND INSIDE THE HOTEL BOUNDARY. STAFF WERE HAPPY AND VERY HELPFUL. DID NOT USE LAUNDRY SERVICES. HAD A GREAT STAY AND WILL COME AGAIN."

Incredibly polite & pleasant welcome from staff who provided us all with a bottle of water : much appreciated after a 5 hour drive. Room very clean & tidy. Very convenient location 5min walk from tube & Hammersmith Broadway, Approximately 10min to Hammersmith Apollo. Excellent value for money. "
