"We really enjoyed our overnight stay at West Lodge. We had a tranquil garden room so there was no outside noise at all. We also enjoyed being one of two couples in the dining room. Upon ringing the bell the owner arrived promptly and took our orders for cooked breakfast. It soon arrived and was of excellent quality. We will definitely book again if we are in the locality."

"We needed an overnight bed and breakfast option after attending a wedding at nearby Farnham Castle. Dawyk Beech fitted the bill perfectly and was less expensive than an overnight at the castle. Our en suite room was a very generous size overlooking the lovely garden with a comfortable king bed. We needed to check in before the official time of 4.30 to get changed for the wedding and wouldn't be back at the guesthouse until after midnight. "I had a very good stay and the breakfast very nice and good service. Easy to gain access with a phone number if needed for queries. A quite area. The room and house was clean and had good communication with the owners. The room was perfect and a good shower and tea and coffee facilities and comfortable along with a tv. "

"Lovely place with great location right on the river and easy short walk in to town . Would definetrly return and recommend. If i was being picky the room and bathroom were quite tight but that didnt really bother us personsally. Easy free parking always a good thing so no.complaints from us."
