Unfortunately for me there were a few things that stood out negatively: Rooms are not really clean (had a big wad of black hair in my balcony that no one removed in days). "We stayed at this cozy little place the night we arrived in Papeete and again before flying out. The free airport shuttle was a lifesaver - staff were extremely friendly and did not hesitate to accommodate our 2 a.m. airport drop-off for our 4 a.m. flight.
