"Compact resort with lush landscaping. Had a banana tree right outside our door which set the right vibe. Everything was immaculate and well maintained. "We stayed in the overwater bungalow. It was amazing! First of all, the bungalows are laid out well and kept well. The location on the water was beautiful and perfect! My daughter and I love to snorkel so when we wanted to snorkel we just stepped off of our dock. We took full advantage and snorkeled a lot! This was our 2nd favorite lodging during our trip where we stayed at 7 different lodgings (only behind one of the 5 star resorts on bora bora). If we visited again we would choose Sofitel again over the other resorts on Moorea offering OWBs. "We had a beautiful room overlooking the ocean. Super friendly and helpful staff. Great Polynesian show on Thursday night. The pool could use a little maintenance as there are some tiles falling off here and there, but overall a great experience at a beautiful spot. 5 stars!"

I booked it because it was very close to the city center,but everything about my stay was great,from checking in quickly,even though I came around 1PM,they had a room ready.
