"This was a great property. We stayed here the night before we had to take a trip from Milan. It’s steps from the metro. The neighborhood was good to shop / walk around during the day. Hotel was extremely clean. There was an elevator for luggage. Front desk / bar staff was there to help a few times that we went down and needed something. And a great continental breakfast in the morning."

"The property's location is great, the room is clean and smell nice, air-con is the best!! The staffs are friendly and helpful, you can also enjoy yourself at the coffee bar. However, just one thing to remind, if you are doing self-check in out of their front desk hours, we better contact them in advance by their contact email (you can google it) rather than message on Expedia, cause seems they not read Expedia message. We love to stay again."

"The owner takes great care with her design choices from the floor tile, to the lighting, to the toiletries. It’s located close to the Centrale train station and we were able to roll our luggage from the station to the BnB. There is a tiny kitchenette in the hallway and filtered water/fizzy water on the sink attachment. We only stayed one night and it was a last minute booking. I’m grateful that we found a delightful independently owned space to stay."

The staff are amazing very helpful and kind the room itself had air conditioning and we had a floor to ourself not that much noise either. "Warm, friendly staff at check-in and at the doors - made me feel very welcome. The room itself was spotless with the most amazing shower. Very comfortable beds too. The hotel's location is excellent too - opposite Milan Centrale station."

"Room was too hot evening through the night, 30 C and above. Impossible to sleep. AC wall units inadequate for current summer heatwave. Communicated with hotel management several times after the first night and the next two. According to their tech room temperature was acceptable. Sent multiple pictures (3 days) showing the high temperature. At the end of third day we sought and moved to another hotel since management could not move us until next day (one more night w/o sleep). We lost 3 paid...

"Todo excelente, el proceso de checkin fue muy sencillo y el código para entrar al edificio y a la habitación fue recibido oportunamente. La limpieza y estado de la habitación fueron lo que esperábamos. La habitación fue silenciosa y la ubicación del hotel ideal. Como única observación, comentaría que la puerta de la ducha no se encontraba bien sellada, por lo que el agua se fugaba fuera del plato de ducha y hubo que limpiar con las toallas que teníamos disponibles."
