"Very nice place to stay in the Newtown area. Room has everything one would need, though over a 10 night stay, there were a couple of nights when there was no TV signal. No big deal. Breakfast in the morning was excellent, in large part due to the amazing staff. Shout out for Ivy! Wonderful young lady who was always super attentive to our needs. Looking forward to staying here again next time we go to Cebu."

"The hotel was quite okay, but in my opinion it’s not a beach resort since you have to walk a bit to reach the water, and the beach itself isn’t very nice. The room felt fairly worn down, and there were cockroaches in the bathroom. If you want to stay by the sea, I recommend choosing a hotel a bit outside of Cebu or staying at Mangodlong Paradise Beach Resort on Camotes Island, which is beautifully located. "Wonderful staff and convenient location to a mall across the street and the Newtown bus terminal a very short distance away. Would have liked a room safe, but would consider staying here again because of the location and staff."

"Units Wifi did not work even when property manager came to help connect. When you walk in the room, mold smell hits your nose immediately and there was mold all around the bathtub. Blanket smelled like it hadn't been washed from the previous renter, pillow had spots of blood on it. Private beach is a 8-10 minute walk, this building is not beachfront. I would not recommend staying at this location"

"This condo was absolutely amazing! The owner was genuine and polite, and the view was amazing. The only thing I wish I would have had in the condo was blackout curtains to keep it a little darker and a little cooler, even though the AC worked perfectly."
