"The breakfast everyday was awesome. At the Sotogrande they treat you special and remember you. Jeric was particularly helpful and his english is great . I had a great time . I needed their attention, because I am a nervous solo traveler . After a few days I was part of the family . I have never been treated better any where in my life. It was awesome . "

"The room was clean. The place is brand new. The only problem was the power went out when we got there at 4 o’clock and did not come back on until 7 o’clock."

"The staff were helpful but not very switched on. They didn't know Grab existed that I booked 3 times and I had a mixup with tour booking that cost me 1400 pesos that hotel email.received but didn't tell me. The breakfast was good and varied and pool, bar and rooms nice. Pool bar price was very reasonable but food and bit pricey so didn't eat there. TV and movie / Netflix and YouTube channels were a good plus"

"Staff were very helpful. Shuttle bus reservation made it easy to go to the airport. Breakfast was pleasant. There weren’t many restaurants nearby, at least 10-15 min by walking. I felt safe inside as it was a gated hotel."

"We did get the chance to get a beach view room. On our night we stayed in acroom just beside the water compressor whichvwas extremely loud. The air conditioning facial was not inserted properly and made loud shaking noise every time the compressor would kick in to cool the room. The room itself was good all things considered. Lsst but not least the people occupying the room above us were constantly moving some furniture which did not help our noisy situation. After complaining in the morning...

"The air-conditioning is fair. The room is a little bit off; there's a bugs and ants on the floor. The beddings less presentable. No faucet on the sink. Shower water a bit smelly. We didn't have breakfast because it's a bit late against booked activities. And honestly, aside from its condition it's too far from the city center so we just spent a night there and transferred somewhere."

"My family stayed there for 4 days, rooms have termites, there’s a charge for changing towels and cleaning the room before the third day. The whole time that we were there they never clean the room, I can't recommend it to people, but the decision is still up to them."

"We loved the jacuzzi. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. They booked us a ride going to a restaurant that we wanted to visit and gave us tip to get going. My husband left his phone in the room and they arranged everything just so it can be delivered to us safely before flying back to US. The room was spacious, too. It is worth it."

"The hotel was very inviting and clean… were greeted with a cold drink and a cold wet towel for the heat… staff is incredibly nice and hospitable.. the room was very spacious and clean.. my favorite was the big roomy shower and huge towels!! The food, not so much. They need a big improvement on the food, the Chicken, rice and fruit was good for their morning brunch… but not even the coffee was good, please improve for a more quality stay.. but thank you… it was great to stay there.. QUIET"
