Wonderful quiet hotel, great customer service. The ambience of the hotel is very zen and peaceful. Recommend having the Bali massage, probably the best massage I’ve ever had. Thank you again Bali princesa I will be back :))

Balai is stunning and clean, I stayed here as a way to unwind after a 2 week trip and it was absolutely the right decision. Balai gives a chance to unwind alone and everything is preplanned once you ask, for instance, the sauna and spa is booked an hour at a time so no one needs to share. The amenities offered in the rooms are excellent. The facilities are clean and nothing suggested is too much. The food options were good too. Highly recommend for a retreat type feel.

Very good food at fair prices Sauna and hot was nice after day of activities and dinner. Staff very helpful with booking tours, scooter rental, delivered us to airport, laundry service only 350 pesos.

The place is good, cozy and they have good food in the restaurant. Staff is professional, they are helpful. What we don’t like; the shower is so weak, no hot water and we even have to ask the front desk for toilet paper, there’s no shampoo and bath soap either.

Quiet, spa-like atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff. No tv or fridge in room. Nice bathroom. Five minutes from airport, 10-15 minutes from major shopping malls and markets. One and a half hour from underground river tour and swimmable beaches. Hotel should expand website to include helpful information for tourists.
