Pésima experiencia

Llegué y cerrado, para que me abrieran fue un show ya que tuve que hablar por teléfono, imagínate que no tuviera teléfono o señal, para los viajeros internacionales eso es un gran problema, debieron avisar que la recepción es así y mandar la clave una vez reservado.

Me gustó que era de fácil acceso y cerca del aeropuerto. Lo que no me gustó mucho es que la habitación se nos hizo compacta pero la cama fue cómoda.

Lo único que comentar es que nuestro baño estaba fuera de la habitación y teníamos que pasar por las zonas comunes y abrir la puerta con llave cada vez que queríamos ir al baño. No fue inconveniente, aunque no era lo más cómodo. Lo demás todo muy bien.

No era lo que esperaba.

Reserve una habitación para una noche y en la web de Hotels aparecía que la habitación tenía baño privado.Cual es mi sorpresa cuando llego y resulta que el baño está fuera de la habitación.A esto se le suma que la habitación forma parte de un piso y que hay otra habitación (la cual, sí tiene baño privado). Así que si tú idea es alojarte en un sitio dónde tener un mínimo de intimidad, este no es tu sitio, porque la experiencia es la de compartir piso con desconocidos. Y el baño que supuestamente te pertenece, también podrían usarlo ellos si quisieran, porque no se puede cerrar. Si eres alto, tampoco te recomiendo este hotel, porque te asomarán los pies de la cama, la misma que solo está vestida con una sábana bajera y una encimera. Si tienes frío, una manta en el armario es todo lo que vas a encontrar.Y olvidate de tener dos mesitas de noche, es un lujo a alcance de muy pocos,con una es suficiente. Si eres de esas personas que se levantan a mitad de la noche al baño, no te molestes en no hacer ruido, solo con girar la llave y abrir la puerta, todo el edificio sabrá que sales, ya que la puerta hace un ruido horrible. Me desagrado también el ligero olor a tabaco que había en la habitación, pero eso no es culpa de la gente del hotel, la cual te insiste en que no se fuma dentro de las habitaciones.En fin, que me fui bastante decepcionada. Por sacarle algo bueno, la lampara del techo es bonita, tiene zona para aparcar y está cerca del Migas, el mejor sitio para desayunar.

24H sin agua, tanto en nuestra habitación, como en la de los huéspedes de la habitación de al lado y zonas comunes sin agua. No pudimos cocinar, no pudimos ducharnos, no pudimos utilizar el wáter para hacer nuestras necesidades excepto en un par de ocasiones, ya que pudimos ir al carrefour que está cerca y comprar garrafas, con las cuales pudimos " tirar de la cisterna" y lavarnos los dientes y cara.... Se lo hicimos saber a la persona que se puso en contacto con nosotros para hacer el cheking, ya que no hay persona física en el lugar, y en ningún momento nos dio ninguna solución ni una simple disculpa...

Een teleurstelling op zich

De kamer en badkamer waren niet aangesloten en om naar de badkamer zal je door gedeelde woonkamer moeten waar zo waar een persoon kan zitten die niet behoort toto jou reisgezelschap. Dus even snel naar de wc zit er niet in. De host communiceerde alleen in het Spaans en nam geen moeite om even translate te gebruiken. Wel moet worden vermeld dat dit stond aangegeven in de specificatie tijdens het boeken. Ook waren er constructies bezig waardoor even het raam open zetten er niet bij was zonder dat de werklieden naar binnen keken. Ook de rotzooi van open blikjes en flessen naarbij de deur gaven niet de indruk dat dit een fijne slaap locatie was. Sommige apparaten waren niet aan gesloten en stonden er puur voor de show. Al met al een hele teleurstelling!

Habitación lo justo para meter una cama de 135, armario y una mesilla. El baño es para la habitación pero tienes el baño al lado y tienes que salir de la habitación para acceder a él. Pequeño ,pero tiene ducha amplia, taza y lavabo.
