Hotel H10 Hoteles di Madrid

"I am very disappointed in choosing this hotel. I was given a miserably small room on the first floor. The air conditioning in the room was not working properly, therefore I had to leave the window open to cool the stuffy room. I am not sure if the rooms soundproofing is of any good, but because of my open window, my sleep was disturbed in the middle of the night either by drunk passers-by or Madrids Sanitary Department collecting rubbish. The only positive thing I can mention about this hotel...

"If you want to experience the Bernabeu or be close to the stadium for a match or tour the location is perfect and there are lots of good places to eat for breakfast, lunch or dinner close to the hotel. The only bug bear we had was that it wasn’t explained to us that access to the roof top pool is from 12noon but you have to check out by 12 noon and can’t use it on the day of departure.
