"The staff is super! very nice folks and the property was clean.
There is no separate room for girls. They use a foldable room divider to separate the girls-only section from the mixed section. As a single female traveler that wasn´t ideal. Also, the bathroom was a mixed shared bathroom with individual stalls.
As a girl, this hostel is good if you are not traveling alone. "

"If you dislike being trapped in a hotel room, then this is the place for you. Self catering but with the enhanced security of being in a supervised complex. Plenty of parking for a vehicle. The staff were outstandingly good. Reception, housekeeping, maintenance, all deserve a mention for their efficiency, courteousness and politeness. No complaints at all. Thank you for an enjoyable 8 day stay. "

"The reception and lady at the front desk was an absolute beauty. The place was clean and peaceful, quiet, and felt very safe. The location is a bit far away from the city center, and transportation might be difficult without a car. "

"Good hostel in central Madrid. Easy to reach by public transport. Has everything you need and the staff is very friendly. We could store our luggage and even check in one hour earlier. The price for the private double bed room was ta bit high considering the small size and the quality of the bed - very simple basic bed. "

"Lovely views from balcony and exceptional roof top terrace for views of city centre and simply enjoying the experience of it with great seating and table areas/bar. Room was brilliant, and the location was very central; plus metro 3 mins walk away."
"The staff are exceptional - it’s a great hotel with modern rooms, secure, good location.
We used their parking, checked in easy with plenty of reception staff who took luggage from the boot to our room. The memorabilia in the open area and halls made going around the hotel fun. Neat gym. A really enjoyable stay. "
"Perfect choice for me. Location was ideal. I could walk to everything easily. Hotel was stunning, clean and well managed. I was concerned about noise because of location but beautiful built older building with solid wood doors took care of that completely. "
