Poor shower pressure , very very slow
Music in restaurant and lifts / corridors despite holy land
Requested reception to buy or give me a gift a prayer mat which was in the room , request was never considered
Young lads on the reception, not mature or professional staff to deal with problems
I wasn’t recognised hilton honours a gold member myself was diamond member before
Poor management skills , needs supervision if to run Hilton hotel chains , requires professionalism
