"The room I was allocated had aircon and a fan but I didn't want either of those at the time so tried to open the window and found that it could not be held open. There was no where to hang clothes - cupboard, no hooks. Bed was good. The door could not be closed without slamming it which wasn't good for guests in other rooms. "The checking in process was so easy. The staff was very helpful and lovely. This hotel even allowed me to leave my baggages overnight after i checked out since i have another trip to Uluru before coming back again to Sydney. The room is comfy. Hotel location is rather strategic as it is near the main attraction. Overall is superb!!!"
