Parking on premises if you pay daily, but free parking over the road after 6pm and free 2 hrs between 8 and 6pm. Never seen a parking attendant or warden in 4 days there. "In need of a freshen up, couches in cinema, lounge and reception all very tired with cracked leather and rips. Fire alarm went off twice in the night waking us all up twice. Could hear chatting all night from our room, went to reception at 3am but wasn't sure where it was coming from so nothing could be done about it. 5 beds and 5 cups in the room but only one pack of biscuits to share on the tray! "I have stayed a villa many times, unfortunately this visit was disappointing, I arrived after paying 129.96 for 1 night which included breakfast..only to be told that I would have to pay another 10 pound for a cooked breakfast..I was told that I had payed for only a continental breakfast, this certainly didn't state this on my booking form, I was looking forward to quiet afternoon which didn't happen due to all the building work going on, then dinner well the menu wasn't what it used to be, so...

"Location- right on beachfront, shops a short walk away. Lytham festival a short taxi ride away. The hotel is tired and a mixture of different decor…80’s/90’s - in need of an update, lots of little fixtures/ finishes need fixing in main areas. It seems a little like a hotel that’s from another era. Our room itself was nt too bad and overall. If you are travelling for festival and not in your room much, it’s fine, but it is very noisey at night with paper thin walls and creaky floorboards."
