"Wow! We liked everything about our stay. The directions were spot on (not always easy in the UK) and the on -site parking was an added bonus. The location is walking distance to The Valley of Rocks in Exmoor National Park, and to the super cute “Old Town” area of Lynton. Our room was spacious and stocked with everything we needed to feel like we were in a deluxe hotel. My husband was especially impressed by the complimentary cake. Superb breakfast, which is made to order with many options. Wonderful hosts, we felt very welcomed and taken care of. Would not hesitate to stay here again!"

Add to that Richard and Robert’s warm hospitality and, of course, the scrumptious breakfasts and you have a must-experience destination. As a solo traveller, I particularly appreciated the thoughtful, attentive service. Richard took a genuine interest in making sure I experienced the very best of the Lynton and Lynmouth area, offering excellent suggestions for dining and helping me weave must-do activities into my stay. Just as importantly, my dining table and room assignment were top notch. My five nights at Highcliffe House were exceptional and a highlight of my UK adventure."
