"We appreciated the clean, cute room in a great location near Madison Square Garden, with three full beds to accomodate our group. Hosts were good at getting back to me when I reached out in advance with questions. The entrance door was a bit hard to find as some addresses of other doors in the same building were out of numerical order, and the entry instructions we received mentioned the address would be on an "awning" but it was actually printed on glass above the door - there is no awning. "Absolutely avoid if you need to sleep at night. I was on the 4th floor and jet lagged. Could not sleep for 2 nights. Affected important meetings in the days. You can hear other rooms, people conversing on the road and every horn and siren from the streets and from far away.
Never coming back here again. Avoid at all costs."

"Great location and prices for what you get. Right on a starting East West bus line as well as a North/South. Couple blocks from a subway. "Pleasantly surprised with everything about our stay. Staff were friendly and accommodating, room was better than expected, nice roof terrace and right next to a ferry port so easy access to Brooklyn or if you’d like to get a $4.50 ride up to Roosevelt and get the cable car over to Manhattan.
Only 2 downsides but wouldn’t put me off staying again:
1. Shower does overflow into the rest of the wet room unless you put a towel down as a barrier.
2. A little further from a subway for commuting to...
