"For the price, this had everything we wanted - access to a well equipped gym, sauna and steam room, king bed and decent breakfast. Staff weren’t overly helpful / customer service wasn’t great overall but in terms of facilities - the room was good, bed was comfy and the breakfast we added was good. Would definitely stay here again for a stop off if doing a long drive across the country again."

"For the price I paid, I cannot complain. The breakfast was by far the best I've ever had at a hotel. Table service (seated menu), generous sizing and excellent options for vegans. The receptionist staff were all incredibly friendly. The apartment room was stocked perfectly- with some complimentary dishwasher tablets and a washer dryer with some laundry tablets included so that I could leave at the end of my stay with all clothes washed and dried. "I stay here all the time when I’m working as it’s straight onto the M6 so location is great BUT it’s the staff that are always lovely & helpful especially the amazing Jackie who is always there at breakfast and literally makes you feel happy & comfortable as she is extremely professional "
