"The rooms were wonderful. The staff was quite nice and made us feel welcome. The hotel itself felt safe. It was a bit tricky to drive to get in, as we passed it and that leads into the airport. A nice man helped us back up the one way to be in front of the hotel. There is a gate you need to take a ticket from to park in front of the lobby to do your check in, which was rather odd to us. It has nice underground parking. After that, all went well. "

"Personnel très accueillant et professionnel, chambre grande et spatieuse, lit très confortable. On mange bien au restaurant de l'hotel et le petite dejeuner était très bon et il y avait plein de choix. L'hotel est situé à côté de l'aeroport, nous avons pu prendre la navette de l'hotel qui nous a déposé à l'aeroport. Très bon choix. "

"Bien situ é, très bon accueil, bonne literie, chambre spacieuse petit déjeuner agréable. Les petits moins, interrupteurs depuis le lit quasiment introuvables. La salle de bain manque de pente, la douche à même le sol met de l'eau partout."

"Great location from a public transport perspect - 10 minutes to subway . While the facade is not very welcoming once in yoy are presented with a modern hotel . Great staff who were helpful and accomodating . Others have stated that parking is a challenge but we did not have any issues and found a roomy parking spot for our stn wagon. "

"Struttura curata e confortevole nonostante la grande capienza. Posizione facilmente raggiungibile e dotata di ampio parcheggio. Le stanze sono pulite e il personale molto disponibile. Apprezzabile la possibilità di scegliere fra colazione continentale e una soluzione ‘light’, ottimo ristorante."

"Parking was tough but property is not far up a side street connected to the port main road, so we could park at the aquarium public parking and it was very short walk. Very glad we stayed at this hotel vs others in Genoa downtown once we had walked the city some. This property is in one of the better / cleaner / safer feeling zones. The police station is literally next door so you get to see them pass by on patrol regularly. The pizza place directly across the street had excellent pizza as...
