"The room has so many tiny moths and spiders. We thought if there was dead flesh somewhere in the room. The pillows are tiny and soft. You could fold 3 times and it wouldn’t be enough to sleep on. The place is an Inn and it has a history. It is supposedly haunted but we didn’t feel an energy (presence). I regretted the decision to stay as soon as I walked in. Spend the extra $100 dollars and stay near the coast in SC."

"The property does seem a little dated, but it’s cute and quaint. The pool was nice and clean and the double hotubs were a good plus! We were also able to check in 2 hours early which was great. The rooms were also very spacious. Only complaint I have was that our room faced the parking lot and it was extremely bright from the street lights as the blinds weren’t black out. "

"Quirky..but cool. Only 10 minutes from downtown saratoga. Clean, well stocked rooms. It did take quite a while for the water to warm up. There is no desk ir person on site, a pre-email from them would be helpful. Just know what you rented and the key is there! Wifi is slow and patchy, as is cell service but satellite working ok for texts"

"I booked the Capri Motel because it’s about a 6-minute walk to the boardwalk, which was the main reason we chose this location. I had seen some bad reviews but never imagined it would be this dirty. The first room we were given smelled so bad that my daughter actually threw up. Everything was filthy — the walls, refrigerator, bathroom, counters — it looked like the room had not been properly cleaned at all. "This is definitely a cozy and conveniently located hotel. But don’t plan on having privacy or peace. The walls are so thin, you hear EVERYTHING in adjacent rooms."

"I have stayed here three times in the past year. I am a quasi local. Friendly, clean, safe, local, uncomplicated. Lobby has space to sit and read, cozy fireplace, big windows, for when you want to give your travel companion space. Fresh brewed coffee in the morning, restaurant on site for lunch and dinner and the locals use the restaurant. Pool is heated when open for season, call ahead to confirm.
