We had a great stay. We were warmly greeted when we arrived. It was a cute little apartment centrally located. Good location clean comfortable bed and very quiet. The staff was very helpful and we will definitely stay here next time we come to Lugano.

Nice rooms, but hard bed. The town itself is simply shopping at high end places so we won’t be back. Beautiful scenery though.

This location was perfect! It was close to all of the shopping, the lake, restaurants, etc. And it felt so private going up an elevator to only our suite. Loved it!

The room is nice and spacious like an apartment. Clean. The heating cannot be controlled. Which is inconvenient. First night smells cigarette probably from t ventilation ducts.

Very quaint hotel in the heart of the old town with modern finishes in the room. Great location with super friendly and helpful staff. I would definitely stay there again if I'm in Lugano.

La suite 1 del San Carlo Suite es muy linda, cómoda, sin ruidos, tamaño ideal para dos personas aunque éramos tres y también estuvo bien! Muy bien ubicado, a metros del Lago Lugano y de la zona de compras. Todo un 10. La recomiendo.

Kleines herziges Zimmer

Das Zimmer war sauber. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Da das Zimmer braune Wandfarbe hat, wirkt es sehr Dunkel. Wiederum passt die braune Farbe zum Zimmerkonzept. Die Einbauküche erfühlt ihren zweck. Das Zimmer liegt sehr nahe am See und somit im Zentrum.

Good location but dark

Stayed in one of the suites which had the benefit of a small kitchenette. The location is excellent and very quiet at night. The biggest drawback was that location on 2nd floor on a relatively narro street means that practically no sunlight comes in. And the lighting in the room wasn't very good so the lasting impression is of a fairly dark room. Good for sleeping but not really a place you wanna hang out on.

Weltklasse Ausstattung versus kein pers. Kontakt.

Eine spezielle Art und neue Erfahrung in eines Aufenthaltes. Die Suiten sind sehr funktionell ausgestattet und es fehlt an Nichts, und es ist auch nichts zuviel. Die Küche haben wir für ein feines Pastagericht zuzubereiten genutzt. Es ist dafür alles vorhanden was nötig dazu ist. Falls einem für einmal der persönliche Kontakt nicht wichtig ist. Sehr zu empfehlen.
