"The staff was very helpful and courteous. Their airport shuttle service was excellent. The facility was clean and very well maintained. The breakfast was typical hotel fare but okay for the price. The location was convenient with several dining options within walking distance. If you're flying into and out of Billings and looking for a good place to stay, I highly recommend the Boothill Inn."

"When you put yourself out there as a high end hotel, an established mainstay and icon of the local history one expects a bit more when staying here. As a matter of fact my wife stayed here about 18 months prior and had a great experience. "Was in town for a soccer tournament. All hotels were packed. My understanding there was a track competition in town too. They know these tournaments are coming, they need to add more staff to help out. Poor staff was running around doing all they can but help was needed for cleaning during breakfast and dinner. No fault to staff but management needs to consider these things. However, all things considered, it was a good weekend."
