"I actually loved the location and that it was in the middle of a hospital center. It made me feel safe as a solo traveler. The breakfast is great and there’s also a really nice attendant that takes care of things and is there if you need any help. The rooms are clean, spacious, and the bed is super comfortable. But, my favorite part about the whole place is Ashley! She works the front desk and is amazing. She really gave me the best impression on the place and anytime I come back through this...

"The staff were nice, but the overall condition of the hotel was absolute garbage. Super dirty, smells really bad, bed was really hard, pillows had the physical appearance of being at least 10 years old (I have sheets with more fluff than what these pillows had), & didn't even trust sleeping under the covers. Ended up sleeping on top of the covers in fear of being eaten by bed bugs. Virtually zero security measures for this place as anybody can walk in off the street through any access...

"First time staying, we picked the hotel for the pool. First morning we got to swim and the big slide looks as if its going to tip over it wobbles even with the little kids going down. a little scary. the bathroom in the pool was strewn with toilet paper and we were the first ones in the morning. the evening we took the kiddos down and they began swimming and we noticed feces in the deeper part. called front desk she came and inspected and closed it down and itd be cleaned over night and be...

"Room was not cleaned or sheets changed from previous guest(s). Blood/pus stains and "human debris" in bed. Call to front desk resulted in someone coming up to change bedding (25mins/10:00pm). After we were in (now clean) bedding (11:00p) management offered us another room. Our decline of their offer resulted in management refusing any refund or compensation due to our declination of moving to a new room."
