"I actually loved the location and that it was in the middle of a hospital center. It made me feel safe as a solo traveler. The breakfast is great and there’s also a really nice attendant that takes care of things and is there if you need any help. The rooms are clean, spacious, and the bed is super comfortable. But, my favorite part about the whole place is Ashley! She works the front desk and is amazing. She really gave me the best impression on the place and anytime I come back through this...

"A little bit of a sketchy area, as we pulled up we had people yelling and seemed to be doing illegal substances. On the other side of the parking lot a dude was getting wasted and then the cops showed up and arrested him. Our toliet clogged and we were handed a plunger to fix it ourselves. This was one of my only options in our route that was pet friendly but it was not worth what we paid. Breakfast was decent nothing fancy and the pool was good enough for my kids to get energy out. "

"We did not use any amenities. The front desk staff was polite, and helpful. The room was lovely and clean. Wonderful location to get around Billings. It helps that the property is new. There was no complimentary breakfast nor swimming pool."

"The staff were nice, but the overall condition of the hotel was absolute garbage. Super dirty, smells really bad, bed was really hard, pillows had the physical appearance of being at least 10 years old (I have sheets with more fluff than what these pillows had), & didn't even trust sleeping under the covers. Ended up sleeping on top of the covers in fear of being eaten by bed bugs. Virtually zero security measures for this place as anybody can walk in off the street through any access...

"The room we were in had a large, visible red stain all over the carpet by the daybed that wasn’t cleaned. The daybed itself was covered in stains, and not cleaned at all. When I pulled it out I found garbage inside it. Next to the daybed itself the floor looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed or tended to in quite some time. In the bathroom, there was no soap whatsoever, not for the sink or shower. I had to get soap, towels, pool towels (because nobody was tending to that) from the front desk...

"The owner Sold my hotel room to someone else bc he got a better price even though I booked 2 weeks in advance. Owners name is Iffy. Very fitting. Don't stay at this hotel. Had friends stay and it was disgusting and not clean"
