"From check-in to checkout the staff was amazing. We enjoyed the decor and cleanliness of the establishment especially our room. Breakfast was delicious and the community table was so nice as we met new friends. This will be our place to stay when visiting Lucea or the surrounding area."

"This is a good and simple hotel. The property is huge so be prepared for lots of walking or waiting around for a staff member on a golf cart. I loved the huge pool and all the activities like paddle boarding and snorkeling! The buffet was just like any other all inclusive. Only downside is that the staff did not inform us of any events going on during our stay, we found out later on and the lines for check-in/out took so long."

"If you’re looking for a good resort that has the Jamaican vibe. This is not the resort. they play no reggae, music and the food is mediocre at the buffet. The restaurants were not good. We paid $$30 extra to go to the mangroves steakhouse and the best part of our meal was dessert. How can you mess up a filet mignon? The Italian restaurant was absolutely awful. The Asian restaurant wasn’t very good. housekeeping never stocked our fridge or gave us anything when asked. room service is an extra $15...
