"We travelled as a family of 4 adults and were given 2 queen size mattress. It was adequate for us and comfy. Only gripe I had with the bed was that the bed frame was atop a metal base with sharp edges at the base plus the frame was held together by clasps which jutted out! "Fast elevators - 6 of them so there was never a long wait. Room is small yet functional. Amazingly quiet considering the location right off of the Lincoln Tunnel. Could see the buses going in and out of Port Authority. Safe area with lots to do. My only complaint would be the lack of ventilation and weak A/C. The rooms are probably overdue for a renovation."

"The wifi was not good. The continental breakfast is not worth the money. The restaurant barely acknowledges you if you thr coupon and then either don't serve you or serve cold items.
