"This hotel was just okay, not great, but not bad either. The location was good for us as it was super close to the airport and we had a very early morning flight out of ZQN. We had a couple of rooms booked for our family but ended up having to ask reception to switch one of the rooms because it smelled really funky. Otherwise the stay was just fine. VIP rewards perk was a cookie and a drink from the little market in the lobby. Nice receptionist!"

"We're from QLD, Australia and stayed here for 8 nights as a family in the unit of a bedroom, a separate living room with a full kitchen and a private laundry equipped with both a washing machine and a dryer (+ iron and ironing stand). "Spur of the moment booking. Absolutely made the best choice! Location is a short and fairly easy walk to town. Slight hill but nothing too major. Check in was amazing, we were so well looked after by the lovely lady at reception, top notch service. Room was huge! Had every heating amenity you could think of! Beautiful view from the room. They have a spa that overlooks the lake and Remarkables that you can book at the front desk, ask for extra towels. Only slight downsides, sink in bathroom...
