"The rooms are OLD and musty! The room wasn’t ready at 4:30 P.M. and someone was supposed to call or text me when it was ready and did not. We finally got in at 5:30 p.m.. The rooms offer ONE usb outlet for charging and limited plugs in the room. The bed was like sleeping on a piece of plywood. I asked for more towels one morning and by the evening, we still didn’t have them. I had to call. I found NO value in their rewards card as well. Do NOT recommend staying here."

First we woke up with no hot water and needed to be moved. The new room we were moved too was poorly renovated. Staff was a consistent positive but the humid room was grim. I've encountered this in other hotel/motels as well. WTH? Location was nothing special, but was surprisingly quiet given close proximity to a major highway. Breakfast was typical of this type of lodging...reasonably good. Good coffee! Cheerful staff!"

Came back after 4 with 3 people in front of me checking in and after more than 45 minutes I finally got checked in! Tried to check out a day early at 0800, no one at the desk. Waited over 2 hours to check out. I was told I would still be charged the 3rd day from my reservation even though I checked out a day...

"When I checked in no television and shower didn't work, man at office said he would handle it, lied to me for 3 days, I went and asked for my refund and he put me out and kept my deposit and was rude, called office to complain and he is the complaint line"
