"The staff was good, friendly, the room was ok, there’s no elevator, no refrigerator, the locks were broken. The toilets don’t flush, we had to scoop water from the ice bucket to flush it well. "

"This hotel is an absolute gem in La Paz. It is quiet because it’s a little bit down the Malecon from the central area, but it’s still well positioned and a nice stroll to all the dining and shops. I loved my room (503)! The rooms are so much bigger than I was expecting. Everything was clean, and the AC worked well but wasn’t really needed most of the time. Loved the balcony and ocean view from my room as well. The only thing I didn’t like was the shower. There was standing water and the shower head wasn’t the best. As well as the hot water not lasting super long. But that’s honestly nothing compared to the good things this hotel offers. The pool was a dream. What more can I say? Also, the restaurant, while a little on the expensive side, is great. The chilaquiles verde were my favorite. Ask for a little salsa picante if you need more spice. Highly, highly recommend!"

"Pool was very nice, AC no issues. The staff in the front desk were really good. Melissa was good in the morning and Diana in the evening she was excellent.! The food in the restaurant was very good, service could improve, the cook excellent. I was surprise how nice the rooms are in the first floor, not so much in the second floor. "
