"Our stay was absolutely amazing. The resort was beautiful, as was the views. I came with a group of 10 girls for a bachelorette. We were able to enjoy all the amenities offered. When we first arrived the room I was assigned to was not ready, the hotel staff was super accommodating and assigned us a premium room with ocean views. "Outside patio/pool area fabulous. Good breakfast buffet. Room very nice with everything you need. Check in was good. The hotel did not state. They had free airport shuttle but they do. Driver super helpful. Only frustrating. Issue was no hot water in the morning. Front desk acknowledged that it was a problem because so many guests were using the hot water."

"The stay was amazing. We were there for 9 days, and the staff were just so accomodating. The inner courtyard was beautifully done with fruit trees, and pools. Poolside seating was comfortable and quiet with every opportunity for shade or sun throughout the day. The attached restaurant made great food in huge portions and the sangrias were splendid. "We just finished our fabulous stay. The room was spotless and we so appreciated the VIP welcome fruit platter! The grounds are clean, workers are friendly and very helpful, and the food was delicious. We enjoyed the hot springs and loved venturing to a couple of the Waterfalls.
