"The property has a nice clean pool and comfortable, shady sitting areas around it. Pretty gardens too. The property manager and the owner were kind and helpful and welcoming. Quiet other than the sounds of waves crashing nearby and birds and howler monkeys :)"

"From the minute we walked into the hotel, we were treated like queens and kings. The entire staff was attentive, kind and friendly at all times. We had a dilemma with our rental car company and the staff at Papagayo Golden Palms helped us by shuttling us to our tours. The entire staff, Mauricio, Natalie, JeJey, Andrea, Sergio and a few more were great! I cannot recommend this hotel enough!!! The premises were beautiful, quiet, serene and very clean. Treat yourself to the wonderful hotel!"

"Beautiful property with so much to do on the grounds. We were traveling with two infants and were able to do a few different lakes right from the resort. The pool was nice and the staff were wonderful. My only criticism is there is only one restaurant with the same menu every day and although it is a large selection on the menu, there really isn’t anywhere else to eat close by if you don’t have a car as this is a secluded location. "Amazing resort! It offers many different activities from horseback riding and hiking to waterfalls to hot springs and spa treatments.
