"All the amenities were shut down their kids soak water. Park was not operating. Their pool was dirty. Their rooms were dirty and under construction. Our TV did not work overall a terrible experience. They said they had transportation to Disney they did not. All in all, it seemed like a lie."

"The room we stayed in was a little run down . The bed cracked and made alot of noise . The pillows were so uncomfortable. The hotel itself is beautiful . We have stayed here years ago but the rooms seem a bit older now and not maintained. At least the one we stayed in ."
