"Don’t be fooled by the rating on here. The building is old, and the walls are extremely thin. If you end up in the first floor like I did, good luck. You’ll hear everyone above you or the ice machine running at 3 am right outside your door. I did think the room was clean, but the noise was hard to overlook. "

"It’s not the best hotel, it’s not in the greatest area/neighborhood. The parking area is ok. However, the staff is on point and they all have amazing customer service from check in to check out. 🙏 Breakfast has lots of food options to choose from. 👍 House keeping does a great job rooms were clean and well stocked. 🙌 This was our 2nd time here and it won’t be our last. Thank you to your Signal Hill location"

"tbh it looks just like the pictures, staff were the nicest people help with any question I had very nice people 10/10 the rooms were clean bathroom was clean I loved the shower, bed were clean and comfortable and if you plan on staying here I highly recommend it the only problem is the parking lol but it’s easy just have to find a spot and you don’t have to pay after 6 until 9am."

"The place is smaller than expected. No elevator, stairs only. Should have considered the fact it was on Pacific Coast Highway so it was pretty loud, especially with the motorcycles. There was no easy walkable access to the beach despite the face it was across from the ocean on the map because of the highway. The staff wasn’t very friendly maybe he wasn’t in a good mood, or just culturally different, he sounded quite rude. It was okay but Wouldn’t stay here again if we had a choice"

"The room/bathroom was small but absolutely perfect for a solo traveller, the room was beautifully decorated and clean, the bed was very comfortable. The room and bathroom had all the needed items to make the stay totally comfortable! fridge, microwave, coffee maker. I would absolutely recommend this hotel, I will be back! Great price for the value. "

"Clean updated hotel in good area close to shopping, dining and convention center. The restaurant had great made to order breakfast. Parking is in garage steps away from hotel. Rooftop pool was nice for a late afternoon swim."
