The check in staff was so sweet and professional and helpful, we booked this room the same morning and they helped us even get early check in and after the nightmare of the original hotel we had booked elsewhere Dixie was a breath of fresh air! Even the night security was even super nice and kept us safe.
The first thing we noticed when going in our room is that It was newly renovated and smelled so clean. Not overly clean in a bad way that would have messed with my asthma but it was just fresh and nice. There were lots of comfy pillows and the bathroom was clean the whole room was just clean. The hotel was also only 4 minutes away from where we were going for our trip which was academy LA. It was super easy to get Uber and lyft two and from the room So we didn't have to worry about parking. There is a Ralphs and a Ross right across the street and restaurants all over which is awesome. It's right close to the Thai district and there were so many good restaurants within walking and driving distance.
Definitely would stay here again 100%!!!
Glad that when we rebooked from our nightmare of a hotel from the night before that we picked this place. The art is cute, The pool area is cute, The area seemed safe enough to me.
