Great location, just across the subway station. Rooms are clean and tidy, and it's great that they have curtains for each bunk bed! The locker is a little narrow, I have to squeeze my duffle bag in. Breakfast is great!

Based on my conversation with current roommates, I determined that the smell of manure might’ve been from previous occupants therefore, the floors or surface of the room was a clean properly. all room should have some sort of air freshener. The staff was friendly.

Extremely friendly staff, especially Clark on reception. Free breakfast between 7-9am was good, nice common areas to sit and connect. Room was clean, had privacy blind which was nice. Separate bathroom had showers, WC and changing area all in separate areas in the bathroom which was spacious. The location was perfect and opposite Hollywood and highland metro - useful for union station or to other places. Area is always busy. I departed at 5am and it was sketchy outside, however many commuters on the metro which helped. Overall, positive experience
