The staff was very kind and helpful. The room was room was clean, bed was comfortable and the room met all my requirements. There were a few details that could have been improved upon but overall it was a convenient, affordable and nice place to stay. I would stay there again.
List of items for improvement: coffee machine in my room was not working but I was able to fix it; rug needed a deep cleaning; decor is a little strange but was not a deal breaker; the main elevator was dirty, had an odor, stains on the floor and ripped wall fabric (you can do better, Carlyle); overall the front entry way had a run down look (just needs deep cleaning and fresh paint). The online photos show a much newer and well cared for appearance of the facility. Perhaps it would benefit from a rethinking of the decor.
