Lovely duplex apartment within walking distance of shops, bars although care needs to be taken on the apartment's open staircase down to the main bedroom and on the steep staircase up to the roof terrace. "The hotel i in the heart of old town. It’s a beautifully renovated hotel. Unfortunately there was construction right across a narrow Street from our room. We had a car and it was very difficult to get to the hotel. At nights it was hard to get a taxi to come to the hotel or to get dropped off at the hotel. The hotel did offer us help parking the car but later we found out that they charged a valet service fee that was not discussed prior. We booked a room with breakfast and they charged us...

Das Hotel liegt zentral in Palma, sodass die wichtigsten Anlaufstellen fußläufig erreichbar sind. Auch die Bushaltestelle und der Taxistand befinden sich gleich um die Ecke. "This hotel was in a great location for walking around the city. No need for a car in Lalma. It is definitely a 5 star hotel. Super clean with an amazing rooftop bar and pool- which was so great to use after boating or shopping for the day. The staff was so happy and really helpful. "Sehr schöne Zimmer, die als kostenlos angepriesenen Services wie Zugang zu Puro Beach uns shuttle zum Beach entpuppten sich als sehr teuer und waren so gut wie nicht buchbar. Es dauerte ewig zu checken ob noch frei oder nicht. Frühstück hatte eine gute Qualität . Raucher müssen vor der Türe stehen ohne Aschenbecher."
