"Excellent location and close to everything! Staff was outstanding. I arrived at 6 am with the understanding that check in was not until 3 pm so they took my luggage and I waited for the next shift to come in. Surprisingly, I was in a room by 8:50 am with a free upgrade! The bed was sooo comfortable I napped before exploring the city! You are steps from the cathedral! The rooms were very modern with a historic charm! I highly recommend! "

"Beautiful hotel with super nice staff. No pool, but a nice view from the eating Terrace which also has a few couches. Unfortunately the sun is beating on them in the afternoon. Great location.. fantastic breakfast."

"Lovely and clean. Molton brown toiletries in the room. Spa area. Great view from rooftop and at breakfast. Pool area turns into a bar in the evening. Would definitely stay again. Bed was massive. TV had English channels (BBC and ITV plus kids channels) which was good as a solo traveller. No apps on the TV- it did have screen sharing for Apple and android but some of my apps like prime etc wouldn’t cast as it could tell the software was not in the UK.
