"On the whole a Great stay and hotel is real close to airport. Food and staff were also good. Downside, and possibly not Hotels fault, was the fire alarm repeatedly going off on our floor, this wasn’t great and really a bit confusing, particularly when it took about an hour for a fire engine to arrive and rest of hotel was unaware and just carrying on with their day. Staff on the floor didn’t mention it when we came out of the room. Also didn’t like the fact we couldn’t find the stairs as they...

"Handy overnighter at Heathrow if flights don’t connect.
We booked an executive room - the breakfast was the worst I have ever encountered. Very basic bread, thinly sliced ham and cheese - all very low quality.
Evening offerings were a lot better, wine barely drinkable though.
All staff were lovely, friendly and helpful."

"We had difficulty obtaining the check in information. This was through Vrbo so you are given the code to a lock box with the keys to the building and your room. We stood in the rain for about 30 minutes trying to get the information.
The room itself was good. There was a nice bed and a huge closet. We stayed one night and a reasonable price. There is a hotel with a restaurant open to the public about 2 blocks away. Great pizza and beer. "

"There’s a heat wave in London right now and this was one of the only places we could find with air conditioning for a reasonable price. The wife and I were actually surprised by how comfortable the pods were. I could have stayed there all week had they had the availability!"

"Terrible experience! Our room had no elevator access and it was a maze with no signage to help finding it. No fridge, no phone in the room. We were told our luggage would be brought to our room, were told the luggage had been brought, and it wasn’t there, so we had to go chasing after it. Steps up with no ramp at the entrance. AVOID!!!!"
