"I’ve stayed at this property in the past with no issues. However this stay was different. The room had a heavy mildewed smell and when I woke the next morning to shower there was no hot water. I let it run for an extended period from both the sink and bath. It was lukewarm at best. I spoke to the front desk at checkout. I was told there was no maintenance personnel available to even address the issue. No attempt to even address the issue was made. The location is good for my visits to...

"Check in and check out was a breeze and parking was plentiful. Breakfast was okay but the staff are really nice and the washer and dryer on site were really clean. Would absolutely stay there again the location is fabulous!"

"Not the absolute worst place to stay, but I would never stay here again. Staff was unhelpful and refused housekeeping service. From day 1, the room was full of bugs. Crickets, roaches, and lots of tiny drain flies that kept getting worse and worse (not helped by the fact they wouldn't do housekeeping for a 9 day stay). "Constant noise. All night. Infrastructure falling apart. Ac worked and someone had made an effort to clean. Everything else was crap. Window shades bad, tv bad, fridge banged every 15 mins, outlets all broken, 1/2 crack around door. No inside lock. All in all worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Only didn’t leave at 2am cause I put on headphones. Let me be clear, I do not complain, this was 10x worse than you are thinking."
