"Beatifull "

"Staff is amazing, rooms are good and the property is in great condition. I loved the breakfast with plenty of options and delicious. The only unfortunate thing in our stay was a person that was also staying had an erratic behavior and was screaming “murder” at the pool making us feel unsafe I wasn’t sure if this person was a regular but nobody took them out or at least called the police. We were planning to get in the pool in the morning to then hang out in Miami at night but had to switch it because we waited until 11 am to see if they would leave the pool but kept screaming/fighting until then. We still had a lot of fun in Miami and the pool was warm at night which was great and we had a peaceful time. I still highly recommend this hotel and would stay again just wish staff would at least call the police if someone is disturbing the peace of everyone else staying at the hotel."

"Excellent location. You can walk to dicks sporting good, Kohls, outback steakhouse house, 4 or 5 other restaurants. Smart Plastic surgery is only 1.4 miles. Employees were very nice! We extended our stay 2 days. Free parking ."

"Our room the hand wash sink was clogged . I let the young lady @ the desk know on Saturday morning , and she offered to have maintenance come up , but we were not going to be in the room , so i declined . The staff at the desk were ok . But not too friendly or attentive . "
